ROOFER

Job Context :

We, Success Building, mainly from residential construction development but not limited to. At the moment, we are urgently looking for Roofers to join our team. Jobs are on the line. At the moment, we are urgently looking for experienced Roofers to join us but the experience can be compromised if you have a 'can do' energetic attitude and action-orientated approach

The applicant must have:

High standard and quality of work in all aspects of roofing, flashings, cladding, leak repair, fascia, gutters (pvc & metal), and downpipes
Membrane experience would be an advantage
work at heights, EWP, etc would be an advantage
Work will be mostly on roofs and we expect the candidate to have the experience to be able to solve quirky and sometimes difficult roofing issues.
The ability to follow company procedures, including health and safety requirements
Proven experience working as a roofer
A professional appearance and good phone manner with management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A strong work ethic and to be able to think ahead
Sound references
